Section 32
Establishment of Foreign Employment Welfare Fund
: (1) A Foreign Employment Welfare Fund shall be established under the Board for the social security and welfare of workers who have gone to foreign employment and those who have returned from foreign employment and their families.
(2) The fund as per sub-section (1) shall have the following amounts:-
(a) The amount deposited by the worker before going to foreign employment,
(b) The amount of interest received from the bond amount kept as prescribed under sub-section (2) of section 11,
(c) Amounts received in respect of license fee and renewal fee thereof,
(d) Amount received for license fee and renewal fee to be given to the organization conducting training as per section 28,
(e) Funds received from time to time by organizations related to foreign employment business,
(f) Grants and assistance received from domestic or foreign persons or bodies.
(3) According to clause (f) of sub-section (2), approval of the Government of Nepal should be obtained before receiving assistance from a foreign person or entity. Explanation: For the purposes of this Act, "family" refers to the husband or wife, son, daughter or mother, father, and in the case of a female worker, the mother-in-law of a worker who has gone to foreign employment and who has returned from foreign employment.
